The new technical circumstances determine the need for a fundamental revision in the usage techniques of oil and gas in Iran. From the point of view of economics and Islamic economics and with regard to the future of the market and the strong possibility of deflation, there should be a change in the oil and gas sales policies and a move toward more added values, and inhibit the natural sources’ values from entering government budgets in order to prevent from resource waste besides lessening the dependency of government budget on them. The 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th and 18th clauses of the declared policies of EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI make requirements which seems they are set well with regard to the future of the oil market and there should be a move toward that future. Serious attention to supply unconventional resources and its impact on the energy market forms more precise decisions.
