To create a growing trend in economy and to strengthen it against external factors, resistive economy policies should be applied in all economic fields, specifically, investment arena. Investment should be made in companies that are in line with the policies of the resistive economy. So, it can be assured that continuously companies will be invested and grew up which are more compatible with policies of resistive economy. Consequently, more economic growth will be achieved for the country. Therefore, in this study, a composite index has been constructed using a rigorous scientific procedure presented by OECD. By using this index, the amount of companies’ participation in achieving resistive economy policies can be measured. Besides, the way to construct a proper and scientific composite index has been explained throughout this paper. Finally, three arbitrary companies have been measured in terms of resistive composite index (RCI) and the efficiency of that index has been discussed.
